David Gilmour volta a tocar na Pompeia após 45 anos ~ Curte Rock

Há 45 anos, o Pink Floyd se enfurnava dentro do anfiteatro romano de Pompeia, na Itália, para cantar músicas de seu álbum “Meddle” (1971). Mas não havia absolutamente ninguém na plateia. Todavia, o diretor Adrian Maben foi o responsável por capturar as imagens do lendário filme-concerto ao vivo da banda.

Na noite desta quinta-feira, David Gilmour voltou a Pompéia para fazer um show, e desta vez com milhares de fãs presentes. Eles foram presenteados com um setlist curioso, que incluiu raras apresentações de “The Great Gig in the Sky”, bem como “One of These Days”, que foi tocada pelo Pink Floyd durante o primeiro show em Pompéia.

Gilmour, que foi nomeado cidadão honorário de Pompéia, em antecipação de sua visita, retorna ao anfiteatro nesta sexta-feira para um segundo concerto.
