Saiu a lista de indicados ao VMA deste ano! A maior premiação de videoclipes dos Estados Unidos, promovida pela MTV, revelou seus nomeados em transmissão ao vivo no Facebook, nesta terça (26). O evento tornou-se, há pelo menos uma década, uma vitrine exclusivamente pop e deixou o rock and roll de lado. Mas ainda assim, algumas exceções furaram o “bloqueio” e marcam presença na lista.
O grande indicado é David Bowie, que arrancou 4 indicações (Cinematografia, Direção e Edição por “Lazarus”, e Direção de Arte por “Blackstar”). Já o Coldplay aparece em 3 nomeações (Direção e Efeitos Visuais por “Up&Up”, e Vídeo de Rock por “Adventure of a Lifetime”).
Além do Coldplay, o All Time Low, Fall Out Boy, twenty one pilots e Panic! At The Disco são os outros indicados na categoria Vídeo de Rock. O Florence + The Machine é outra surpresa na lista, indicado em Vídeo em Longa-Metragem por “The Odyssey”, e Coreografia por “Delilah”.
A cerimônia de entrega dos troféus está marcada para o dia 28 de agosto, em Nova York.
