Sigur Rós anuncia detalhes da nova turnê

O Sigur Rós anunciou alguns detalhes da nova turnê mundial do grupo, que terá como pontapé inicial o festival Primavera Sound, em junho, em Barcelona.

De acordo com o press release, a banda islandesa irá se apresentar sem músicos de apoio, normalmente responsáveis pelas sessões de metais e cordas, e sem atos de abertura. Todos os shows irão começar pontualmente ás 20h 30min e serão separados em dois sets.

“Os shows darão ao grupo a oportunidade de testar novas músicas. [...] Além da experimentação em público, a banda também planeja apresentar novas interpretações de músicas antigas, que eles não tocam há muito tempo,” diz trecho da nota oficial.

“Tudo que podemos dizer agora é que será diferente, com faixas inéditas, um novo show e talvez outras coisas *novas*. Além disso, tudo que podemos pedir é que vocês confiem em nós.”
